Ticket Information

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds for tickets to The Workshop.

Can I give my ticket to a friend and/or sell it?

If you are unable to attend The Workshop and would like to sell or gift your ticket to a friend, please edit the full name and email address on your reservation via Eventbrite. This will ensure that the person you give your ticket to is able to check in on the event day and receives all communication regarding The Workshop.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to upgrade your ticket from GA to VIP or vice versa once purchased.

What is included with my GA ticket?

Your GA ticket includes admission to two full conference days, your pick of 30+ workshops, and an invitation to our Kick Off Happy Hour event on February 7th. In addition, you’ll receive the opportunity to network with other creatives, mingle with brands at our sponsor booths, and receive complimentary breakfast and lunch both days along with other sweet treats.

What is included with my VIP ticket?

In addition to everything included in the GA ticket, you’ll benefit from a dedicated VIP check-in line, front row seating for all workshops, guaranteed choice of up to 3 VIP workshops, and a VIP swag bag.

Are meals included with my ticket?

Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days of the conference.

Does the ticket price include air transportation or accomodations?

All costs for transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. However, you do have the opportunity to receive a discounted rate to stay at The Palomar Phoenix, a Downtown Phoenix hotel located near the event venue! Click here to book a room at a discounted rate.

I have a promo code. How can I register?

On the Eventbrite page, go to “Tickets” and “Enter Promotional Code.”  If entering your promo code does not work, please contact info@bloguettes.com.

What is the age requirement for attending The Workshop?

Registered conference attendees must be 18 or older.

I have purchased my ticket. When and where do I receive my badge?

After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. You can pick up your badge at Check-In on the first day of The Workshop, located at Events on Jackson. Keep in mind you will be required to show a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport to receive your badge, and badges will not be mailed.

When and where do I check-in for The Workshop on event day?

Check-In will begin at 8am on both days of The Workshop at Events on Jackson.  Welcoming Remarks will begin promptly at 9am!

Why am I getting emails from other brands?

When you purchase a ticket, you are opting in to receive emails from a few of our partners. Our partners may send you emails occasionally, but you should always have the option to unsubscribe!

Hotel and Travel Information

I’m traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

We’ve secured a discounted rate for our attendees at our favorite Downtown Phoenix hotel, The Palomar Phoenix!  Click here to book a room for the evening of 2/7 or 2/8.

How do I make a hotel reservation to receive the discounted rate?

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

When reservations are made, The Palomar requires a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

I’m staying at The Palomar Phoenix. Where do I park?

The discounted rate does not include valet or self-parking at the hotel. Overnight parking is $30 per day for valet and $23 for self parking.

The discounted rate isn’t working/I can’t make a reservation. What do I do?

There are only a limited number of rooms available for our attendees, and the discounted rate is exclusively available for the evenings of 2/7 and 2/8.  If you’re having trouble booking a reservation, please contact Kimpton Hotels directly at 877-488-1908 and explain that you are having trouble booking a room in the Bloguettes room block.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

There are many different transportation options in Phoenix, including shuttle buses, taxis, car rentals, and limousine services. The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is only 3.5 miles away from the airport via car.

Agenda and Workshop Information

When and where can I view the agenda?

The agenda for The Workshop will be released in October on SCHED.  You will receive an email when the agenda is live to view and create your schedule!

What is SCHED?

SCHED is a tool for you to view all of the workshops and create your own schedule. As a VIP guest, you will be able to sign up for your exclusive VIP workshops with SCHED.

Can I change my workshop choices?

We will not be checking in attendees for each GA session, so feel free to change around your desired schedule at any time!  The exception to this is VIP ticket holders, who will be able to reserve their spot for VIP-exclusive sessions in SCHED.  As a VIP guest, you are able to reserve your spot to VIP-only sessions in SCHED and we’ll be checking you in at the door.

I’m a VIP. How do I sign up for the VIP workshops?

Once the SCHED agenda is released, you will be able to sign up for your VIP-exclusive workshops.  Since each workshop is limited to 25 people, you will only be able to sign up for a maximum of 3 workshops. Once a specific workshop is full, you will be added to the waitlist and notified if you are added to the workshop.
